The team at Rateplicity has over 10 years of experience in the mortgage industry. In 2010 we opened his first office location in Oakville, Ontario with the goal of creating a seamless mortgage process and provide unbeatable mortgage rates for our clients.   Today we have locations to service Oakville, Mississauga, Toronto, Hamilton, Vaughan and Burlington. We also offer a fully remote experience using leading edge, secure technology.

In 2017, we expanded our services to the United States.  Our team specializes in cross-border lending, offering expert guidance to navigate the unique challenges of obtaining a U.S. mortgage as a Canadian.  We’ve helped hundreds of Canadians get mortgages in the United States for either investment or vacation homes.
